CASE EXAMPLE:
Company Outdoor Chair Inc. manufactures outdoor chairs. Company is constituted of a President, Richard Lee and two employees, Paul Taylor, Peter Harrison. Two procedure stages are required for the manufacturing of the product: assembly and inspection. The Company Outdoor Chair Inc. Has decided to use the Virtual-Process software,in order to better control its productivity, the quality and finally, to have a complete traceability on the manufactured product.
