Process Directory
The Process Directory is use to create the structure of his organization. The company will created with the Process Directory the product structure , process flow and any external contractor. A pre-defined list of symtom and cure must be entered into the problem library to control all the defectuosity process . Create the Structure and the Problem Libray must be done to accomplish the Process Directory.
Create Structure
Four (4) types of element are available into the Virtual-Process structure :Organization , Directory ,Version and Process
Directory : Used to created name of product , sub-product , family etc...
Version : Product version if hardware is tracking.The version must be placed under a directory.
Process : Step Progression for the product.The process must placed under a version.
Organization Name : This field is read only.

The Problem Library permits a company to insert a pre-defined list of problems and solutions that usually materialize on the production floor.This permits the standardization of all problems encountered. Symptoms is used to insert a list of observed problems. Cures is used to insert a list of solutions. These 2 lists are automatically inserted in our Process Player section when a problem is detected. The User only has to select from the list to explain the reason of the problem. The organization ,each Directory ,Version or Process could have their own list. If no list are fill the parent list will be use. The Problem Library List must enter to have into the reporting tools the failure information.
