Overview
        Virtual-Process is a remote process design and execution software that doesn`t require any traditional programming. Virtual-Process is constituted of six (6) distinct software components. The first three (3): User manager, Reporting Tools and finally the Download are directly via the Web. The last three(3): Process Directory, Process Builder and finally Process Player are installed and used on a PC. (See the detailed components below)
         User Manager manages the users’ access rights on the company’s information and functionalities. The user names, the passwords as well as the access to different components (Download, Reporting Tools, Process Directory, Process Player and User Manager itself) are managed there. Furthermore, the settings linked to the employees’status, such as the hierarchy ranking, the work stations and other are available. User Manager, enables importing corporate logos in .jpg formats, in order to custom the software for different companies.          Download enables to install the software on a computer. For people who only need to use User Manager and/or the Reporting Tools, there is no need to install the software. The installation only includes the Process Directory,Process Builder and Process Player components.          Reporting Tools enables to manage, a product’s productivity, quality and traceability reports in real time. Reporting Tool also enables to verify the progression of the manufacturing steps in a transparent manner. The tool can be set in order to generate alert reports that will automatically be sent by email. The various reports can be exported in different file formats.          Process Directory enables the design of procedures’ directories and versions,production stages as well as the issues’ dictionary. The control of the versions’ official procedures and the auto increment mechanisms will be undertaken by the software. The Process Directory was developed with the Cloud Computing technology, which enables several users to simultaneously develop, without data corruption or issues.           Process Builder enables to perform the procedures’ sub-process. With the help of the graphic programming language, Smart Icons, each of the sub-process will be automated according to the desired functionality. This picture language doesn`t require any basic knowledge of IT, usually required for this type of design. Complete procedures are created and verified before being released on the production floor.           Process Player enables to perform in automatic mode each of the previously created procedures with the help of Process Builder. Three (3) automatic sequence modes are available for the user, the single bar code, which enables to increment the sequence of one unit at a time, the multi bar code,which enables to increment the sequence of several units at a time, and the last one, the repair ticket, which enables to reset the sequence at the good procedure level, previously signalled as an issue.
