The sub-process is use to automated every task for Process on the Process Builder window. Many sub-process could it be added to structure the Process has a standard directory . For each Sub-process the sequence will automated with the software by image , the Smart Icons. The Smart Icons will be configure and interconnect between them to meet the desire sequence and intelligent to play.

The Process Buider is accessible by the Process Directory . The Process have check dot red or green attach on it. Right Click on the desire Process and select “Edit Process” .

Created a new Sub-Process

Right Click on Process and select “Edit Directory Branch” or Double Click.
The process has alway a red or green dot attach on it.

Right Click on the Process and select “Insert-> Sub Process”
In the text Box enter the Sub Process name and Click Accept

One left click on the sub-process that you want to move.Use the side arrow to move the sub-process position.

Rename Sub-Process

Right Click on on the Process and select “Edit Directory Branch” or Double Click.

In the text Box enter the new Sub Process name and Click Accept

Smart Icons windows Edition
The Smart Icons window will turn orange (Edition mode)
Double Click on the Sub-Process
Right click into the Smart Icons window to adding the desire smart icon. Many smart icons could be add into the editon smart icon window.
The Smart Icon will appear
Use the connector to do the connection between all the Smart Icons
Left Double click on the smart icons to edit. Set the parameters on it.

Right click on Smart Icon Start and select: Play. All processes will be executed from Start to Finish. Before do the play ,make sure than the Start and the Finish smart icons are connected.

The attribute window of the smart icon will appear

Delete Smart Icon
Right click on Smart Icon Start and select remove
The smart icon and his connectors are deleted
Delete Connector
Right click directly on Smart Icon Start and select disconnect
All connectors deleted

Zoom to Fit
Right click window editor and select zoom to fit.
The branch is on the left side screen
The Start smart icon will be center on smart icon window editor
Hold the Left click to do the connection between two smart icons

The zoom to fit is use to center all the smart icon branch.The start smart icon Start is used to center all branch.

Play Mode
The play mode could be start from any smart icons. Right click on the desire one and select play. Before do the play ,make sure than the Start and the Finish smart icons are connected.
